Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Making a purchase from the Funky Olive collection we hope will be an easy and pleasurable experience. Simply browse our store, select the products you would like and place them into your basket. When you have finished click to 'checkout' and you will be taken through some simple steps to make payment and complete your order. All prices listed on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT.

If you wish to place an order by telephone then please call between the hours of 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We accept most major credit & debit cards. Payments made by cards on our website are done so on a secure server. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

Depending on stock levels you should receive your order within 10 working days (please allow longer time frames if you live outside of the UK OR if an item is handmade to order). If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. We will contact you either by phone or email to let you know and give you the option to cancel the order should you wish to not wait.

Funky Olive jewellery is not mass-produced and each piece is individually handmade to order. Also, many of our other 'handmade' items are also made to order therefore, please allow up to 7-10 working days (or longer if stated) from receipt of your order for it to be made up & then shipped to you. Once your order has been made and is ready to be shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you. We do try to get orders made up and shipped as quickly as we can and with small orders being shipped to the UK this is often possible within 2-3 days but NOT guaranteed. However, due to the nature of some pieces, our stock levels and for deliveries outside of the UK (including all offshore islands) it may take longer.

Post & Packaging

For delivery within the UK (excluding all offshore islands), all orders of £99.99 and under, are charged at our standard rate for P&P of £5.95 per address. Therewill be free P&P on all orders totalling £100.00 or more (within the UK, excluding all offshore islands).

For deliveries outside of the UK (including all UK offshore islands), PLEASE contact us before you place the order so we can send you a postage quote.

Returns
Funky Olive has a 7-Day Returns Policy (from receipt of your order). First and foremost we want you to be completely happy with your purchases. However should you not be 100% satisfied then simply drop us an email to let us know & then return the item (together with your order number & contact details). Items should be returned to us un-worn/un-used, in their original packaging and in perfect condition as you received them (at your cost). Once we have received them back we will be happy to make an exchange or refund for you.

In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt please contact us immediately & return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. An investigation and/or claim with Royal Mail will be made.

Please ensure that items are packed well (in their original packaging) to prevent any damage, whilst being returned. We recommend that items should be returned using a signed postal service (ensuring adequate compensation is paid for should anything go awry). We regret we cannot refund postage.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund for earrings or any bespoke jewellery orders.

Privacy Policy

All third party personal and contact information remains confidential and will not be sold on to any other party.
