PLEASE NOTE by placing an order you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

Funky Olive jewellery is not mass-produced and each piece is individually handmade to order. Therefore, please allow up to 7-10 working days from receipt of your order for it to be made up & then shipped to you. Once your order has been made and is ready to be shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you. We do try to get orders made up and shipped as quickly as we can and with small orders being shipped to the UK this is often possible within 2-3 days but not guaranteed. However, due to the nature of some pieces, our stock levels and for deliveries outside of the UK it may take longer.

Post & Packaging
All small orders (up to £30) will be shipped using Royal Mail's 1st Class Delivery Service for the UK and Airmail for outside of the UK . This will be charged at £3.50.

Due to the nature of shipping jewellery, we simply wish to ensure it's safe delivery to you. Therefore, larger orders (including all orders over £30) will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) for the UK and International Signed For/Airmail for outside of the UK. This will be charged at £5.00.

Post & Packaging for orders over 500g will be reviewed on an individual basis & a price given before the order is made up & sent to ensure that you're happy to go ahead.

Returns
Funky Olive has a 7-Day Returns Policy (from receipt of your order). First and foremost we want you to be completely happy with your purchases. However should you not be 100% satisfied then simply drop us an email to let us know & then return the item (together with your order number & contact details). Items should be returned to us within 7 days un-worn and in perfect condition as you received them (at your cost) and once received back we will be happy to make an exchange.

In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt please contact us immediately & return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. An investigation and/or claim with Royal Mail will be made.

Please ensure that items are packed well (in their original packaing) to prevent any damage, whilst being returned. We recommend that items should be returned using a signed postal service (ensuring adequate compensation is paid for should anything go awry). We regret we cannot refund postage.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund for earrings or any bespoke orders.

Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment through the website. Credit card details are entered at checkout and are processed on a secure server (using the Paypal service). For UK only Customers/Deliveries should you wish to pay by personal cheque, please send an email with all your order/contact details and we will contact you. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

Privacy Policy

All third party personal and contact information remains confidential and will NOT be sold or passed on to any other party.

Funky Olive reserves the right to make any changes to the website and our terms at any time.
